    Renewed McAfee subscription through sky

      I renewed my McAfee subscription through my internet provider (SKY) after a three month trial period which finished 05/03/10. My new subscription started 02/03/10. My pc is telling me however that I am NOT PROTECTED and that I need to renew my subscription, which I already have done. SKY have told me that I didn't receive an email after subscribing that contained an ACTIVATION CODE. I am new to all this computing nonsense can any one please provide me with a solution?

          If you registerd your trial subscription with McAfee, you should have an account login and valid email address on file with them. I would call customer service and give them the order number and method of payment information. If you renewed through Sky I would think they would be responsible for giving you that code.
