Tried removing 1 of them and letting it redetect? I assume you trusted via having a password popup on the screen?
The help for this issue implies this happens when 1 version not compatible ie using an older version. Windows upto date on all PCs?
My wifes pC is trusted and shows as protected . This with mine being 2 builds in advance (beta tester).
Will look further

This seems to be an issue with v10.
We have four licenced XP machines on the home network.
The Home Network management feature is now terribly erratic. Data about the remote machines, names, status, etc. appears and disappears every few minutes. Otherwise everything looks good.
I am on the beta version and reported this below issue.
Home network loses any changes you have made to printer names etc when PC is turned off. It should I feel show network PC or printer as offline when they are turned off. It does when you do it but after the reboot of the pC on which you atre viewing this all networked PCs and printers are missing . They should be there renamed etc and trusted but they are not till they are turned on. Then you have to retrust them.
Maybe that is cause of erratic behaviour
Perhaps the glitch only afflicts engineers of a certain age living in the Southern hemisphere! Not the end of the world, and now you've logged it I'm sure it will be fixed in due time.
Thanks needed that rememder re my age...Probably something to do with being upside down down here
I should have said "we engineers of a certain age"; I'm with you, in fact slightly ahead in years. A pity that a feature that worked quite well in v.9 seems to have been weakened in the v.10 release, especially as you reported the problem with the beta.
