You must have your display settings at an abnormal level for this to happen as SecurityCenter normally would only fill less than one quarter of the screen See attached image - click to enlarge).
Check your browser settings under Tools/Internet Options/General - Appearance and make sure under the Accessibility tab that nothing is selected.

Thank you - your suggestion worked!!!!!
Glad to help, good luck.
HI.. I've checked mine and found settings are OK..
YET still my window for mcafee still cannot maximize..
Really need help..
And saying unprotected.
Cannot click fix because of this..
Please contact Technical Support Chat online via the Useful Links at the top of this page.
The window cannot be maximised, but some people are experiencing difficulty reading it because their visual settings are not at default in Windows appearance applet or Ease of Access applet.
Other problems don't belong in this rather old thread and I suggest you start a new thread of your own for that under the header for whatever version of SecurityCenter you have, thanks.
The problem is that the normal full window controls are not accessible. The windows (help & main) cannot be maximised or sized (except main vertically). We can only minimize or close it ! Full screen is not possible. That's not a problem or readibility.
This is an issue we mods have and have suggested they expand the size of teh screen . Why not add it as an idea see my sig. I am sure it already is there so bump it up and add any suggestions.
that said are to also having problems with mcafee help windows being crushed up? If so reduce display setting to 100% setting it to 125% does this.
