I have a ePO4.5 server and would like to create email alerts for the following:-
Virus Detected and Removed
Virus Detected and NOT Removed
Malware Detected and Removed
Malware Detected and NOT Removed
In previous versions it was relatively straightforward, but in v4.5 it has got overly complicated (In my opinion)
I have no idea which categories I should choose to make this work. For example I can see multiple choices for Virus detected, although not one under threat category - but there is one for Malware....
Can anyone please help?

You should look at the "Centralized Alerting" events under "Event description" and you will find events for deleted and not deleted viruses
