Try the below step and let me know the status;
Open Outlook , click tools
Click Trust center , click Add in from the left pane
Disable any pluggin for McAfee
Click Disabled Items from (Manage at the bottom) and do the same.

Although i wouldnt have been able to do that as I couldnt open outlook at all.
After some research on web, i located the scanpst.exe file in windows / office.
used it to scan my pst file.
found 33 errors, clicked repair. once done i was able to open outlook, an all seems well now.
although may still be small problem, to do with preview pane when some messages come in it freezes, so i have just disabled the preview pane.
also just checked the add ins as you suggested, there are no mcafee files present.
possibly as i had disabled spamkiller??
May I know what is the version of antispam ? (To find out click about in security center)
Also did you make any recent changes for the computer ?
Anti spam - v10.15, build 10.15.106
and no no recent changes.
Bit strange how it affected both my seperate pcs, and both errors in outlook said due to macafee spam issue
