    MFE_VSE.TMP in AP log

      Hello,

       

      several of our users runnin Virusscan Enterprise 8.7 Patch 2 (managed, MA 4.0.0.1494) has fairly frequently the following line in their Access Protection log:

       

      2010. 02. 08. 9:35:20 Blocked by Access Protection rule  [username is here] C:\Program Files\McAfee\VirusScan Enterprise\mcconsol.exe D:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Network Associates\Common Framework\MFE_VSE.TMP Common Standard Protection:Prevent modification of McAfee Common Management Agent files and settings Action blocked : Create

       

      I've searched the KB and not found any article referencing MFE_VSE.TMP and why is that would be needed by mcconsol.exe.

       

      Is this message because of an error that should be corrected or what? Is there something wrong with the VSE installation?

       

      Otherwise the product seem to get updated correctly.
