I suggest performing a SafeTech Emergency Boot so it can rebuild the SBFS (local database).
another option should be ( if System is online,problem occurs while Screen was locked ) : Start decrypt from EEM (remove and reboot ) and than reapply the Client. Then a valid Fileset will be applied.
Is that right ?
you can disable/enable for sure, but remove is not necessary - it's not Windows that's broken, it's the pre-boot area.
