Virtual Technician found missing files and a missing patch, what should I do?

      My session ID is 23995150.

It says that I have 5 files missing, and a missing patch. Should I be worried and what should I do?

This actually stemmed from detections from the scans on my computer. It kept saying that I had Trojans:  Artemis!947DA3AD94A7 and Artemis!90E2B0C573CA which were both deleted.

      Can someone please help me?

      Thanks!

Have a look at the Diagnostic report and see which files / patches are missing.

I don't think that it is correctly reporting on missing files though. Here are mine:

          Expected File not Present
          c:\program  files\mcafee\virusscan enterprise\\Emabout.dll
          Expected File not Present
          c:\program  files\mcafee\virusscan enterprise\\EmHelp.dll
          Expected File not Present
          c:\program  files\mcafee\virusscan enterprise\\NCDaemon.exe
          Expected File not Present
          c:\program  files\mcafee\virusscan enterprise\\NCExtMgr.dll
          Expected File not Present
          c:\program  files\mcafee\virusscan enterprise\\NCMenu.dll
          Expected File not Present
          c:\program  files\mcafee\virusscan enterprise\\NCScan.dll
          Expected File not Present
          c:\program  files\mcafee\virusscan enterprise\\NCTrace.dll
          Expected File not Present
          c:\program  files\mcafee\virusscan enterprise\\OtlkScan.dll
          Expected File not Present
          c:\program  files\mcafee\virusscan enterprise\\OtlkUI.dll

The ones starting with "EM" are to do with the Email scanner (which isn't installed on this computer), "NC" I believe are to do with the Lotus Notes scanner (which I don't have installed either) and the "Ot" ones appear to be for the Outlook Email scanner etc etc. So I don't believe I am missing any files.
