I am currently using EPO4 console and have a number of managed clients using VSE8.5 and VSE8.7. I have found that a number of clients have their McShield service disabled. However, as the agent is still running on these clients, the EPO console reports that all is well and updates are performing correctly by giving correct last update dates. Is there any way to see the status of the McSheild Service within either the EPO console or the EPO database so I can address these clients?
