Moved to the appropriate area. This should be identified by McAfee as a PUP (Possibly Unwanted Program) and give an option to remove it or let it be.
That's assuming you are totally up to date with McAfee and with your operating system of course.

Let it remove everything it finds and reboot if asked to, immediately.
If that fails we need more information - your operating system and service pack and versions of your installed McAfee products.
