    Help needed for sdra64.exe error

I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop having Windows XP home edition with SP3. It has got infected with sdra64.exe. The situation is like this
1 I have only one user account created on the machine, hence when I log in it boots up noramlly and gets stuck at the desktop. I mean it just displays the desktop image without any icons of taskbar, start button. Just a plain desktop. Then it flashes a message about sdra64.exe as it needs to close down. thats it nothing happens after that. I can not open anything e.g. windows explorer, commad prompt or any other program.
2 I tried to boot it up in the Safe mode but it again flashes the same message and gets stuck.
3 I then tried booting up in the Safe mode with command prompt but the same result.

I dont know what else to do. Please help me in this regards.

      thanks in advance.
