I am trying to script a series of product installs and upgrades, and I could use some assistance gathering a list of installed products locally - like ePO does but manually. Is there an easy way to get this? There are some registry keys that make a product easy to identify like VSE - HKLM\SOFTWARE\McAfee\ePolicy Orchestrator\Application Plugins\VIRUSCAN8X00
but some other modules are more elusive - Product Coverage Reports, Asset Baseline, Benchamark Editor, Policy Auditor Agent etc.
If anyone has a comprehensive list of registry keys, or if there is some framework command line I'm not aware of to get a list of installed products, I'd really appreciate it.
The plugins key should do itl, if there is a "Product Name" key in any of the subfolders then that product is installed- this seems to be the case in my environment. Some of the folders do not contain a Product Name key and I know those are not installed.
