Non functioning Problematic Admin User Account

When Starting to sign in the PC at START icon User Account  , the Standard User Account icon opens  and all goes well.

But then when opening or loading even e.g. upgrading a new messenger or upgrading as programme the Admin Account blocks.,

My account is :One with Administrator status keeps on asking that it needs an Admin Permission.

And as I have forgotten-or i wrongly type  the password for the id Admin account and then it blocks me from

going ahead or doing  anything. Its now over 48hrs.

Hope it is clear, and thank you for your help.

      Thank you

Standard users often will require an Admin approval for certain transactions, that's normal.  However you say that you  have been locked out of your user name that HAS Admnin status?

Is this a user name or the actual "Administrator" account....there is a difference.

Also what operating system and service pack is this?

Please answer by replying to the thread you first created and I had already asked these questions.
