We had the same type of issue - actually we reported it to McAfee and it was resolved in patch 1. Can you tell me exactly what is happening when it fails? What version of 'Shared Components' do you see under extensions?
Nothing happens. We realized we had a problem when our alerts were not sent to our email accounts. The Version of Shared Components is 2.0.1.
