When the trojan was removed off of the system the dll files might have been deleted as well.
U could try resolving this with two steps.
1.Windows update.. IE--> Tools--> Windows Update
2. Reset IE.. IE-->Tools-->Internet options-->Advanced Tab-->Reset
(The personalized settings on IE would be reset in this option.. Also Restart IE for the changes to take effect)

Trojans will typically change the connection settings in IE to use a proxy. When cleaning the trojan these settings are not returned to their original state so just going into the connectio settings under Internet Options and deselecting to use a proxy will also fix it without having to reset all the settings in IE.
