    Repeatedly prompted to restart pc after update

      Hi,

       

      I'm trying to resolve an issue on a laptop running Windows 7 and McAfee Enterprise. The laptop is joined to a domain and has McAfee agent installed.

       

      After every agent-initiated update, McAfee says that the Host Intrusion Prevention has been updated and the pc needs to be restarted. This prompt does not go away even after several restarts. What could be the problem?

       

      OS: Windows 7 Enterprise

       

      McAfee Agent version 4.5.0.1270

       

      Host Intrustion Prevention 7.0.0.1070

       

      Antispyware 8.7.0.129

       

      Enterprise + Antispyware Enterprise 8.7i (8.7.0.5)
