Every time my Total Protection detects an update, the update fails and Total Protection forces a complete reinstall of the product. I have had a Level II technician on my machine three seperate times, and they have been unable to resolve the problem. The PC is very loaded, two instances of SQL server, lots of tools and development software, but I've never had a problem like this one. I do also move it from work to home network. Does anyone have any pointers as to what may be causing the software to constantly fail?
