Asking for this problem, i received the thelephone number from the Local Customer service (italian), to which, it tells,i could ask for OPENING THE DOWNLOAD PAGE of My Account, in case of failure (that could happen after the 30 days??). (In other place of the italian macafee site, i found that this service must be purchased by use of one second mail address ! -- this in Customer Service FAQ, again less further explication !?.
