Are you sure you're still using 8.0i ? This is a rather old version of virusscan enterprise. Is could be possible that it generate false alerts when new dats and an old product release. I'm aware that the EOL status of 8.0i end at march 2010, so it should work.
Could you update to v 8.5 or 8.7 ?
Which operating system you are using?
Do you have the log files?
Can you share them.
For now you can restore from Quarantine folder.
Try 8.7.0 i + Patch 2, its really powerful and much better than previous products.
