Concerning this issue did you have any more specific details? What do you mean by timeout? Are you seeing that when browsing through those interfaces that clients arent able to get out or recieve a browser error message? Or is it that you feel there is a hardware issue?
In any case this sounds like it would be best resolved by giving a call into support or creating a service request at https://mysupport.mcafee.com/Eservice/Default.aspx.
