You have to submit the files by email with the header false or through Webimmune.
If they subsequently email you that it is an infection reply immediately disputing that and they will look into it further.
When will their stuff solve this issue? Because this is top urgent for our company.

If you did it correctly you would have received an auto-response almost immediately that they had received it. Followed by a manual response within 24 to 48 hours. Holidays perhaps slowed things down but I can only guess.
Submit it again using the email method.

It seems like their Heuristic engine detected the file.
We have a specific team dedicated to Gateway products/drivers, and it's now been forwarded to that team. In the future, escalations surrounding any Gateway product, can go to firstname.lastname@example.org
They expect this detection to be suppressed by Tuesday at the latest.
Keep in mind, only people running EWS, are going to detect this file. So it would not affect any desktops or servers.
Our Senior Virus Research Engineers have examined the file in question and no virus was found.
