Trojan.Win32.Generic!SB.0 detected by another program

I used the  XoftspySE free malware scanner and it detected the Generic!SB.0 trojan. My Mcafee scan detected nothing. I did a Google search for that trojan and 90% of the hits were related to Sunbelt Labs issuing a high risk warning for the past 2 weeks about it be a key logger. I don't see any other references to this. Is this a real risk and should I be concerned about removing it?
