    Problem with activation

      Just finished rebuilding PC after major problems with confliker.

      As a BT customer I have rights to NetProtect Plus. However not knowing better I installed Family Protection before NetProtect Plus. All appeared well and I can login to the Family Protection and configure the settings using my email and password. But now everytime I boot the PC the Family protection Activation window appears and even though I enter a valid code, when the next screen appears and I enter my email address and password it rejects it saying the user already exists.

      Please can anyone help!:confused:
