    Problem, unable to fix please help.

      Hi everyone,

       

      I've read some other replies to this same issue. Forgive me if I missed some input. Heres is my problem:

       

      I am getting that the detection signature is more than 30 days old. The computer is not fully protected. Action required with the computer and email.

      I ran a full scan yesterday, 11-30-09. Still didnt fix it.

      I ran the Virtual Technician and it said it found and fixed 4 items. After I rebooted, I still get the same message about the computer not being fully protected, etc.

       

      What should I do next? Thanks so much!

          Hi,

          This error occurs because your security center is not receiving updates.

          Check whether the computer’s date & time are correct.
          Do you have any other security software installed in the computer ?
          Have you made any recent changes to the computer like system restore ?
