Virus sending spam email from my computer - help to fix?

I am getting the message shown below on occasions, attached to Undelivered Email advices.

What does it mean? Do I have avirus auto-generating emails from my computer to addresses I have never heard of? Or is this message just indicating something much more mundane?  Help please.

If you send an email to someone and their mailbox is full, you will get that message.

If someone is trying to impersonate your email address (which is easily doable) and sends email to someone else whose mailbox is full, you may also get this message in return. Note that this impersonation and email may have absolutely nothing to do with your computer, internet connection or provider, or your real emails.

Without more details about the email headers (the source code of the emails), it is hard to tell more about this case.
