Please don't use all caps as it's difficult to read and is regarded in forum circles as "shouting".
Do you have any other protection software installed?
McAfee relies on Internet Explorer being set to defaulta.
Go to IE Tools/Internet Options/Advanced and click Reset.
OK any prompts and click Apply/OK
Close and reopen IE.
Go to Tools/Manage Add-Ons and re-enable all the add-ons.
See if it works now.
