You need to do a force decrypt after working out the sector range which is protected. You can't fix this problem with an eBoot.
I have the same error code although I got it after a boot session with the Wintech BartPE + SafeBoot support.
At once I had got the obsucre message MISSING OPERATIVE SYSTEM.
My laptop is the HP6910p endowed with a Genuine Wndows XP PRO-SP2.
I heard the procedure "eBOOT".
Would you abide to explain me? What does it stand by?
Thanks and Regards.
Sorry for misunderstanding, eBOOT meand Emerency Boot.
However I read to use Satech Emergency procedure to recover from that issue.
I am get such a bit confused and afraid.
I lose 5 days seeking out who would be willingly to help me.
What procedure is suggested ? I mean - Saetech boot disk or Wintech/BartPE with Safeboot Plugin.
Your IT department are the best people to help you out - they will have had training (or at least been offered it) in this kind of thing.
