It seems as your installed DAT files are out of date. What happens if you try to run a manual update of your DAT files? I would suggest to try a manual update and if you still receive this error message, take a look into the log file of this manual update attempt to figure out where the issue is coming from.
Check that your system clock is accurate both time and timezone-wise.

Also check for malware using the free versions of these two tools and let them clean everything they find.
I have run the Virtual Technician and my Session ID is 19442099. My am using Vista and IE8. Still am facing the same problem.
I'll ask someone at McAfee Support to look at that MVT session. In the meanwhile have you tried all the suggestions above as well as in that link?
Let me know how to proceed further.
