Can you get us the exact error you get? If it’s possible attach the Screen short for the error in the Thread.
What is the version of internet explorer (IE) you use?
Do you have any pop ups or alert in the computer?

I have IE 8
I don't have a popup, because it is disactivated on computer I didn't change anything, problems arrives a week ago
I have The error message when I try to install Mcafee virtual technician, the exact message is installation ended prematurely because of an error
I will send a screen of messages

Sorry for the delayed response, I think we might be having the issue with Windows update.try the following steps and update us on the status.
Update windows and make sure you install all the patch and optional update.
Try to boot the computer in the safe mode with networking (restart the computer and tap the F8 button till you get the windows advance menu and select the option Safe mode with networking)
And try to install the McAfee let us know if it work….
