    0x15000010 "Unknown" during v4.2 to v5.2 upgrade

I am upgrading v4.2 clients to v5.2 and recieved an error during first synchronization.

File Groups assigned to the machine before the upgrade:

      DE4: NP Change Password
      FE4: File Encryptor
      Safeboot 4.2 Client Files
Misc. Custom Utility files created by the customer (non-safeboot)

File Groups assigned to upgrade the machine:

EEPC52: Endpoint Encryption 5.2.0 Client Files
Misc. Custom Utility files created by the customer (non-safeboot)
      No Theme

We uninstalled Port Control before the upgrade attempt.

I sycnhronize the machine and Checking for user updates take about 5 minutes to complete and during File Updates the following are updated:

      09/17/2009 03:22 PM 544,713 BootCode.bin
      09/17/2009 03:22 PM 1,323 ntdrvs.srg
      09/17/2009 03:22 PM 103,760 safeboot.sys
      09/17/2009 03:22 PM 380,988 SbClientManager.exe
      09/17/2009 03:39 PM 172,092 SbClientStatus.dll
      09/17/2009 03:22 PM 144 SbExcludedSectors.srg
      09/17/2009 03:22 PM 12,421 SBFILES41.LST
      09/17/2009 03:22 PM 53,248 SbPreInstall.dll

      09/17/2009 03:46 PM 240,027 SCMLOG.TXT

The error message 0x15000010 "Unknown" occurs after SbClientStatus.dll is updated. The synchronization completes but I am relucntant to reboot the machine fearing corruption. So far this is the first machine out of four that this has occurred. Below is a list of the files in the machine's Safeboot Folder:

I am thinking client file corruption. A network connection problem does not exist. Right now I am removing Safeboot v4.2 and installing a v5.2 fresh.

Any suggestions? Any proactive steps that I can take before upgrading?
