Please confirm/follow the steps suggested.
Can you give us the version of McAfee (Open McAfee security center-click on about in bottom left hand panel-check the build version for each product installed?)
Did you made any changes to the computer in the recent past?
Did you created any new filter to the McAfee anti spam ?
Perform the McAfee update and post any error you get while updating product.
Run the MVT and post you’re Session ID
Never mind. I have found the culprit of the problem. It was something I installed that caused this to happen. Thanks for your help any way.
