    Can anyone help?

      I have just installed NetProtect Plus (A BT version in association with McAfee) and have tried to scan my computer four times with the same result : The programme stops with the following message: NetProtect has encountered a problem and has to close.

      I have tried the Virual technician with no faults found.
      I have uninstalled and reinstalled the programme and still have the same result?.

      Can anyone suggest anything to help?

          Having just tried again to run the programme this is the error message I recieve

          An Error has occurred
          scanning has encountered a problem from which it cannot recover,
          here are the problem details:
          - error getting scan progress.

          when finished you will return to the Home window
