    Can't install on laptop

      I've purchased a 3-user License and it's working fine on my main pc but I'm trying to run it on my laptop and it says:
      Installation Didn't Complete Successfully

      When I log into my account it says my account expired 67 days ago, though I renewed for 3 years on 23rd Jan.
      Is this the reason it won't work on my laptop?
      Or are there other reasons why it won't install?

      I've run the Virtual Technician and it deleted some cookies and stuff, but it still won't install.
