You can try this. Save the "DMSETUP" file to your desktop.
Double-click it and when asked select the Customize option and download only 1 application at a time. starting with Firewall, then VirusScan and so on.
See if that helps.
If you have already attempted this and it failed try it again as above, but after running the "MCPR" removal tool linked in my signature, reboot and retry.
The only alternative would be to try using Customer Service Chat linked in my signature and asking them for alternative suggestions. Probably the UK one is your nearest, but you can use the US one too. You will see the country choices when you try it.
What is your operating system and service pack and what browser version?

i save Dmsetup to my pc and install it .
Before start download program it ask for email an password and this mean pc , and in fact i didn't finish install .
and the connection of my is too weak to have online download pass normaly .
i tried chat but the program for it didn't open after i download it
i use xp sp2 and Internet Explorer 7
the problem is not from your server it's from my internet sir
i hope you help me sir becuse i have only one chance and the company can't belave me when i say i have no program working at my pc .

i have laptop but the net line is from one source (paltel) and we in this problem 6 months ago .
