Then open Security Center and click Manage Network over at the left.
Click on any of the straight network lines joining the computers then click "Stop Trusting This Network" over at the bottom right.
It will disappear.
It's difficult to tell what other things appearing there are sometimes. It can be your router, if you have one, or another machine on or off the premises if you are using wireless connections, so unless you actually use a network, you don't need to trust any. If you ever start using a network then you would only trust machines that you could identify.
