      We're using Safeboot 5.3.1 and are getting the message "The token is invalidated due to too many invalid logon attempts" unfortunatly this is from one of the top level admin accounts set up on safeboot locally. Is there any way to reset this as the normal reset password next login isn't having an effect.

          Log a ticket, McAfee TierII can help you with this as long as you still have some access to the EEM.

            To counter this problem to happen again, what you can do is to create a backup administrator account, say Admin2 or SBAdmin2 and provide this administrator the same level of rights 32 on all the components.

            In case you forget the password of the administrator, the backup can still be used to perform administrative activities without blocking.
