McAfee will detect text within a message that is associated with a virus.. As such, it will quarantine or delete the message based upon your settings in VirusScan... Because of the "Sophos Alert System" listing, the message may, or may not be a "bounce" from an ISP which has detected an infected message with your email address in the "From" line.. If that's the case, it would return the message to your address where McAfee would detect the infect message.

IN regard to actions to take.. It's your choice to delete or leave it in Quarantine. I would delete it from the "Quarantine" folder.

          Hope this helps.
