JS/Nemucod.ya error is shown for a non vulnerable code

We have a obfuscated javascript file, McAfee onAcess scan is showing it as trojan virus.  After updating the virus definitions to latest (DAT Version: 8701.0000)it is now showing the same file as trojan virus.

Could some one answers my below questions.

The file did not contain any vulnerable code then why it is showing it as virus ?

When exactly the JS/Nemucod.ya error will be shown ?

I have read  JS/Nemucod is reported in with various extension like Nemucod.hb, what is the exact significancy of .ya ?

      Thanks in advance,
