If you have a TIE server you can add hashes via ePO in the TIE Reputations area:
You could also import reputations in XML and STIX formats.
Or if you have ATD you can submit the file to it and have it detonate the file. This will put the hash and results in your TIE Reputations too. Outside of these you would need to submit the file to McAfee labs via GetSusp or the standard Internet channel.
For ENS 10.5, TIE Server would help in blocking or deleting PE Files. But what if I need to block/delete a hash from a Malicious Microsoft Office File?
