    General Options Policy for Virusscan - Black Screen


      Hi All

      I have noticed something in our EPO server recently that I cannot explain. I have no idea when this happened or what has caused it. I am just wondering if anyone has come across this issue before and could shed some light on it?

      We are in the process of migrating OS to Windows 10 and with that a new version of EPO. This is looking after the legacy kit.


      SW Versions

      EPO 4.6.6, MA 4.8.3, VirusScan 8.8 P9,


      When I try to access any of the copies of the VirusScan General options Policy (even McAfee Default) All I can see is a black screen. (PNG attached) All other Virusscan Policies are OK.. In fact all the other policies in all the other modules are fine. Just this particular one.


      Has anyone seen this before?




      p.s I have a horrible feeling this is a incompatibility of some kind with the new VS Patch 9 and EPO 4.6.6 :-(
