    Access to evidence file denied. ePO 5.9.0 with DLP Endpoint 11.0.2.32

      Environment:

      McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator 5.9.0

      McAfee DLP Endpoint 11.0.2.32

       

      Hi,

       

      I have configured a rule for Email Protection to Report Incident & Store original email as evidence. (classification is all Microsoft Office Documents Extensions)

      Files are being created on shared evidence folder and also visible in ePO console inside DLP Summary Dashboard.

       

      PROBLEM:

      when I am clicking the evidence file to view, it says "Access to evidence file denied."

       

      What I am missing? Need help to view the evidence file in ePO console.
