You should check your syslog settings to see what fielss are you including on the syslog output.
For docs, on your Network Security Manager top right corner, you should see a question mark that will open a new window with the help contents (this includes all the PDF docs you can find online). A search for IPS alerts syslog settings should point you in the right direction for your NSM version - and see what syslog config you have.
1) What version of NSP are you running?
2) Where are these logs from?
3) Is this what you're getting in your SIM product or wherever you're sending your syslog messages to?
What you're receiving should be what is configured in your Manager > Setup > Notification > IPS Events > Syslog > Syslog message dialogue box.
If you're unsure what the variables mean post back the variable names or a screenshot.
The message looks confusing, but it's just a series of the value "| N/A |".
"|" is just a field delimiter or break, and N/A is just "Not Applicable", so maybe you're destination is receiving data for fields that have no mappings in your destination.
As many have mentioned this is a Syslog alert. TO know what the fields are, you need to look at the syslog settings, what fields you have included in the alerts.
Post a screenshot of your syslog settings and I think the community here would be able to assist better.
