    vergrendelde gsm, niet mogelijk om Wifi/4G te activeren, pincode niet juist

      I cannot unlock my wife's gsm.

      The internet connection is down (no Wifi nor 4G), and I cannot activate this!

      Meanwhile I reset the pincode, but since there is no internet connection on the gsm McAfee does not recognize the new password.

      Cell phone stays blocked.

      I need help please
