Replications intermittently failing (slow connection/thread hang)

Thank you for taking the time to read this. I have 27 SuperAgent Repos situated all over the world. I have one ePO Server running 4.0P5. I have scheduled replications every 5 hours. They consistently take an hour or two and oftentimes fail. My CPU is not pegged. My network traffic remains minimal. My network guys swear there's no issue with the network. I've spoken with 3 different McAfee techs and haven't got anywhere.

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. If it doesn't for a couple of days then of course there's an even larger data load to deal with...

Here's an excerpt from the ePOApSvr log that shows the fail...

20091012185819 e #4776 SiteMgr WorkQueueUploadFile: Timed out uploading file avvdat-5767.zip to site ePOSA_HAL11. This is usually due to a slow connection or a thread hang.

Stuff you might want to know:
      MS Windows Server 2003 SP2
      Intel Xeon CPU (1)
      3.25 GB RAM
      2GB NIC
Most of my clients are running McAfee Agent 4.0 P3
These are incremental, not full replications
There doesn't seem to be any other error message...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
