    Deleting SBFS file

When performing a sync on a machine with SafeBoot 5.1.5 I see a series of errors:

Can we recover from this without wiping the machine and reloading everything?

      Thanks

sure, just do an emergency boot, that will recreate SBFS.

If you can't get directly to the machine, you can issue a "remove and reboot" policy. At next synch, it will decrypt and uninstall the software. You can then reinstall fresh.

At least in 4x, you had to boot up with SafeTech (code of the day, exported machine object) to do emergency boot. I refuse to allow anyone outside of the SafeBoot Support team to use the manual recovery tools, as they could be used to perform an unauthorized decrypt of a machine. All machines requiring manual recovery must be sent to the home office for repair/data recovery.
