NSM version 18.104.22.168 and sensor, m-3050, version 22.214.171.124. I can't find anything that speaks to a solution.
The Packet log Channel stays down.Auth and Alert is up and Trust is established.

What result do you get when you run the checkmanagerconnectivity command from the CLI on the sensor?
Are alerts getting from the sensor to the manager?
Have you tried running the CLI commands disconnectalertandpacketlogchannels and reconnectalertandpktlogchannels?
Have you tried breaking and recreating the trust between the sensor and manager?
