    VirusScan version incomplete

      I have a server managing several thousand nodes. I have noticed for a long time that a good percentage of systems report an incomplete version for Virus Scan 8.5 back to the server. Gradually, over time the number of these grows.

      Most machines report the VirusScan version as but many report only 8.5.0. If I take a machine reporting 8.5.0 and do a agent wakeup on that machine, it will fix itself and report Each day, about 200 new machines start reporting the incomplete information -so the number grows daily.

      Does this happen to everybody? Does anyone have a soultion or do you just live with it and chalk it up to life with McAfee products?
