I think sometimes this problem was caused by the agent version, which pone have you deployed to your computers?
I added %your agent path% cmdagent.exe -p -e -c to be the executable run after a dat update and this helps as it returns full props.
There will always be some though either through duff agent versions or users switching off when updating giving corrupt reg entries.
I do usually everyt month or so just go back and prosecute those workstations showing abnormal entries and just drop them into a remove all mcafeee but agent group then a install vse group.

The agents are all at 4 build 1421. I have 71 still on 1345, but those are all aged.
