Has auto update worked before? I'd check your proxy settings to make sure everything is OK, also verify your update credential is still valid maybe?
Yes auto update did work. Since a month its stuck.

If the licensing and proxy do not resolve the issue, you can always try to bounce the services (cpservice / dbserverd) as a last resort.
There is always the option to open a support ticket and have them help you as well.
you might need to check the DNS entry for nitroguard.com at your firewall as the IP has been changed for nitroguard.com from 220.127.116.11 to 18.104.22.168.
Ask your fw team to replace the old IP with the new IP and check again if it works.
