    Automatic Response based on Last Agent Communication Time

      Hello,

       

      I would like to create email alerts based on Last Agent Communication time. For example, get an email if the agent has not communicated within 48 hours.

      I, however, failed to find a condition in Automatic Response that works based on Last Agent Communication time. Any idea how to make this work?
