Did the machine revert back to it's default settings by chance? I also run weekly scans at 20% CPU util and haven't seen the % change unless there is a problem with the agent.
When looking at the machine during scan, the scan setting is for 100%. Did repushing the agent fix the issue SeaCat?
It did for me anyways. Hope it fixes your issue also.
